Family-owned and operated for over 90 years, the Drees Homes story began in 1928. At that time, Theodore Drees, a German immigrant crossed the Atlantic looking for a better life. After arriving, he worked relentlessly to build the company business known as Drees Homes in Northern Kentucky. Then, in 1959, his son, Ralph joined the company, expanding it to other markets. Inspired by his father, Ralph further instilled the value of unqualified respect to all customers, vendors and employees. David Drees, the company’s president and CEO since 2000, has also integrated the latest technologies and efficiencies into each home Drees builds.
