You’ll find new signs everywhere in our community this month. Follow them to find amenities and new construction underway at Rivers Pointe.

As you enter the community, look for signs pointing to the areas where all of the homes are being built by Traditions Building Group and Drees Homes. Amid all the construction activity, you’ll find sites for single-family homes, villa homes and patio homes. As you drive down Rivers Pointe Drive, you’ll see more signs pointing to sites where Justin Doyle Homes and Toebben Builders are constructing custom single family homes.

The building lots at Rivers Pointe are designed to provide for both spaciousness and privacy. Residents will enjoy plenty of green space, woods and nature–along with opportunities for activities and socializing.

Take a Walk 

While you’re here at Rivers Pointe, park the car and take a walk on the newly paved multipurpose path. This path offers room for biking, walking, running and just taking in the river view. It’s just one of the trails that Rivers Pointe residents and their friends will be able to enjoy in our master-planned community. 

Attention to Details 

As part of new construction at Rivers Pointe, we are installing hundreds of special touches: Look for specially designed artwork, benches, banner poles and street lights along the main boulevard. These same touches will be included soon along Stonecrest Drive and Copper Ridge Court. 

As spring brings sunshine and warmer weather, you’ll notice additional landscaping and flowers popping up all around Rivers Pointe. We love this time of year for getting out for a horseback ride. Remember, Rivers Pointe Stables is adjacent to the community. The stables offer horse boarding and lessons for all levels of riders. 

Imagine New Construction at Rivers Pointe

As more of our builders’ sales centers and model homes become available for visits, we’ll keep you up to date.
