The event is FREE and includes:

- Off-road tours of our upcoming river view lots
- A petting zoo
- Kids face painting and temporary tattoos
- Games and prizes for kids
- Touch-a-truck with a real fire truck
- Live DJ
Plus, visit all the model homes to be entered for a chance to win a Yeti Cooler or a horse experience for two from Rivers Pointe Stables.
