We are very excited to be hosting a Realtor Pub Crawl this month in the community! Each of the five model homes will have a fun selection of food and drink. Visit one house or all five! The food and drink themes of each model home are below:

Traditions Building and Development Group: Bourbon and Cheese
Toebben Builders: Spiked Seltzers and Fruit and Veggie
Drees Homes: Craft Beer and Pretzels
Bring your business cards! Everyone can enter for a chance to win a drawing for a $150 gift card at each model home! If you’ve sold a home at Rivers Pointe Estates in 2022, stop by your builder’s model for your special gift.
