Come spend some quality time with your neighbors at our newly finished RIVERWORKS Community Club. During our adults only RIVERWORKS Open House we will have plenty of food, drinks and music by local Kentucky artist, Taylor Henry. We have envisioned the RIVERWORKS Community Club to be the gathering place for our community that will be open year-round for all of our residents.

We are excited to show you the RIVERWORKS Community Club and all it has to offer. Outside of the brand new clubhouse are two community pools, an extensive gathering space with a firepit, covered porches, a turfed playground, year-round heated and cooled restrooms and two pickleball courts. When you walk into our stunning clubhouse, you will find space to entertain and relax with your neighbors

The RIVERWORKS Open House is a must-be-at event to see the brand new RIVERWORKS clubhouse and pool, mingle with neighbors, community and builders and tour our five stunning model homes.

Come See Our Model Homes
During this event, five of our model homes will be open so you can fall in love with your new home, or find inspiration for your home currently being built! We have an extraordinary group of builders that will make your dreams become a reality. Our homebuilders will be in attendance so you can meet them and ask any questions you may have about the process. The model homes will only be available to tour until 6 p.m.
