New master-planned, riverview community comes to Hebron, Kentucky

HEBRON, Kentucky (April 27. 2020)–Toebben Companies has broken ground on the long-awaited Rivers Pointe Estates. After 27 years of assembling some of the most desirable riverfront real estate in Northern Kentucky, the community will offer distinctive style and a setting that connects neighbors and nature. 

The first phase, which includes approximately 90 acres, will feature a very unique new urbanism village area with rear-garage, single-family and attached luxury townhomes, said John Toebben, president of Toebben Builders and Rivers Pointe Development Company. Construction of model homes is planned for July and builders are now accepting lot holds.
