Rivers Pointe Estates Construction Update August 2020

They say you only get one chance to make a first impression: To make that first impression of Rivers Pointe Estates unforgettable, gorgeous stone walls are under construction at the main entry to our new community. 

Built of rugged Tennessee fieldstone and solid timbers from Idaho, the walls will measure 1,000 feet long and set the tone for the beautiful landscaping in our master-planned community. Just beyond the entry, visitors and homeowners alike will find their way around Rivers Pointe on brand new, park-like roads with custom “dark sky” street lights. 

New Roads to Travel 

This summer we’ve made exciting progress on the streets in Rivers Pointe and there’s much more to come. With paving complete around Traditions Building Group’s single-family villas and the entry to their upcoming courtyard homes, the 90-acre first phase of our community is springing to life. You can also now begin to visualize the Village Retail Center and the RIVERWORKS Community Club. 

Meanwhile, we’re planning to open roads in these sections of the community soon: 

• The Drees Homes patio homes section and the luxury single-family lots offered by Justin Doyle Homes in September
• Rivers Pointe Drive connecting Toebben Builders’ single-family homes section and Drees Homes’ single-family homes in November
